🇵🇰 For Pakistan (Domestic)
- Standard Delivery: Takes 3–5 working days (applicable with standard shipping charges).
- Express Delivery: Need it urgently? Select Express shipping to receive your parcel within 48 hours anywhere in Pakistan. (Please Note: 100% advance payment is mandatory for all Express Delivery orders).
✈️ For International Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Takes 5–8 working days to reach your destination.

Do you Allow to Open the parcel before payment?
No, we follow a strict "No Open Parcel" policy due to past operational issues with COD handovers. Courier rules do not permit opening packages before payment is collected.

- Pre-Dispatch Video: To shop with complete peace of mind, you can request our team to send you an original, real-time video of your exact dress before it is dispatched.

Do I need to pay in advance?
🇵🇰 For Pakistan (Domestic)
- Orders under Rs. 20,000: No advance payment is required. You can pay the full amount via Cash on Delivery (COD) at your doorstep.
- Orders exceeding Rs. 20,000: A partial advance token payment of Rs. 1,000 is required to secure the shipment. The remaining balance will be collected as COD upon delivery.
✈️ For International Shipments
- 100% Advance Payment Required: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international destinations. The total order amount plus shipping charges must be paid in full via credit/debit card or bank transfer before your parcel is processed for dispatch.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. A continuous, unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory to process any claim.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is verified and shipped. Once the parcel is with the courier, cancellations are not possible.
