SHIPPING POLICY

Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for shipping orders placed on our Website. By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. Please read it carefully.

1. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer shipping to domestic locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and the shipping method you choose.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 7000 PKR within Pakistan.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, festive seasons, or postal delays).

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your order.

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Available for orders over 7000 PKR within Pakistan.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., new collection launches or holidays), processing times may take longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

4. CUSTOMIZED DRESS ORDERS

For customers who wish to customize their dresses, an additional charge will apply based on the nature of the customization. As these orders require specialized design and handling:

  • Advance payment is mandatory for all customized orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized items.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to certain restricted regions of Baluchistan. Some items (such as heavy or oversized products) may have additional shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or natural disasters. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care.irhafatima@gmail.com or +92 308 9375262. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos/videos of the damage and email them to us so we can assist with a claim.

9. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to change the destination.

10. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.

11. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please refer to our Exchange Policy for instructions. Valid issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

12. OPENING OF PARCELS BEFORE PAYMENT

To maintain a secure transaction process, the opening of parcels before payment (for COD) is generally not allowed by courier protocols. However, we offer a special inspection option:

  • How to Avail: You must request "Open Parcel" permission immediately after placing your order.

  • Note: If approved, we will mark this on your parcel. If not requested during the processing time, the courier will not allow the parcel to be opened until payment is collected.
