Please note that Irha Fatima does not offer a return or refund policy on any orders. All sales are considered final once the transaction is completed. We encourage our customers to review size charts and product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part (our fault).
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 3 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this 3-day window will not be entertained.
Proof of Issue: Customers must provide clear photos or a short video of the defect or the incorrect item received.
Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
We cannot offer replacements for:
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect washing.
Change of mind or minor color variations (which may occur due to screen resolution and lighting).
Requests made after the 3-day reporting period.
